Thanks to hole tolerances accurate to a hundredth of a millimetre, a milled surface with a flatness tolerance of just +/- 0.05 mm and exact dimensional and fitting accuracy, the HISWeld 28 mm system is fully compatible with clamping tools from leading premium suppliers. The surface in a 100 x 100 mm line grid, the precisely readable millimetre scaling on both sides and the carefully reworked edges, holes and surface make precise clamping and working particularly efficient.
A unique selling point is the special Cr75M+ hard chrome plating, which ensures exceptional hardness of up to 800 HV, deeper material cross-linking and maximum surface resistance. The anti spatter effect, high corrosion resistance and excellent electrical conductivity round off the overall package. The system therefore fulfils the highest requirements in daily use - even under high mechanical stress.
The HISWeld 28 mm table system is available in different model variants: classic 2D welding tables for flat applications, 3D tables with a side wall and extended bore pattern for maximum clamping options, as well as octagonal and round tables, which have been specially developed for automated processes such as cobot welding cells or rotating component processing such as manipulators.
The new model series of 3D table systems is offered with the convenient diagonal perforation on the top of the table and allows the user maximum convenience when clamping workpieces.
For maximum flexibility in the workshop and production, our tables can be combined with three sophisticated leg systems: the tried-and-tested standard leg for fixed workstations, a height-adjustable leg for ergonomic adjustment and a mobile castor leg that enables ideal manoeuvrability combined with high stability.
