Our extensive range of connecting and quick-clamping bolts for the HISWeld 16 mm welding table system offers maximum stability and flexibility. In combination with the precisely fitting V-support, you can fix workpieces quickly, securely and with millimetre precision - ideal for efficient welding and metalworking.

The double countersunk locking bolt is specially designed for strong, durable connections of large and heavy components such as welding tables, support brackets and bridges in the HISWeld 16 mm system. Thanks to the retractable hexagon socket and the self-centring function, the clamping bolt enables simple and precise assembly. The countersunk head with hexagon socket guarantees a powerful and secure screw connection. For maximum stability, it is only intended for use in system holes - not suitable for slotted holes.

Quicking bolt

Our optimised and adapted quicking bolt with screw fixing is the perfect fastener for fast and reliable fixing of your workpieces in the HISWeld 16 mm system. The extra large balls minimise the surface pressure and thus protect the chamfer of the drill holes. With the hexagon socket in the head, you can achieve a firm, secure and repeatable clamping force.

This burnished quicking bolt with screw fixing is the perfect connecting element for precise and fast fixing of our system components. The extra large balls reduce the surface pressure and thus protect the bore bevel from damage. 

Quicking bolt with short disc, ø16x24mm

This burnished quicking bolt, including a practical support disc and screw fixing, enables a secure and quick connection between system components. The bolt's large balls ensure gentle handling of the bore chamfers thanks to low surface pressure. 

Please note: Quick-release bolts are not suitable for connecting tables, heavy angles or U-shaped bridges.

Prism 120°
Item no. HIS16VP100

The 120° V-support provides a secure and stable support surface, especially for round and moulded pipes. Thanks to the robust prism, pipes can be reliably fixed and precisely positioned. The prism is simply inserted into the system holes and firmly secured with a screw. For flexible work processes, the screw connection can be quickly loosened and the support can be repositioned as required - ideal for precise clamping and welding in the 16 mm HISWeld system.
