HISWeld fasteners for 16 mm systems

HISWeld currently offers U-bridges in various sizes and connecting bolts in the 16 mm system fastener range. The U-bridges are ideal as table extensions, for frame or vertical construction and for securely fixing several tables to form a complete system.

The specially developed connecting bolts guarantee strong, durable connections, even for large and heavy components such as welding tables, supporting angles and blocks. Thanks to the retractable hexagon socket, self-centring function and powerful screw connection, they ensure precise assembly and maximum stability - exclusively in system drill holes of the 16 mm system.

U blocks 

The U blocks are a versatile extension for the HISWeld 16 mm system and offer numerous application options. They can be used both as a table extension and as an ideal basis for frame and vertical construction.

Particularly practical: With the U blocks  several welding tables can also be reliably fixed to form a complete system - using only connecting bolts.

From a length of 1,000 mm, the use of an additional foot as a substructure is mandatory to ensure maximum stability.

The U blocks are made of high-quality S355J2+N steel with Cr75M+ hardening treatment and have an impressive material thickness of 12 mm. Thanks to the 3-sided diagonal perforation and the 2 long sides with a 25 mm grid as well as the 16 mm holes, they offer the greatest possible flexibility in use.

The connecting bolt is specially designed for strong, durable connections of large and heavy components such as welding tables, support brackets and bridges in the HISWeld 16 mm system. Thanks to the retractable hexagon socket and the self-centring function, the clamping bolt enables simple and precise assembly. The countersunk head with hexagon socket guarantees a powerful and secure screw connection. For maximum stability, it is only intended for use in system holes - not suitable for slotted holes.
