Double countersunk locking bolt ø28x50 mm

The double countersunk locking bolt was specially developed for durable and resilient connections of large and heavy components such as tables, angles and blocks in the HISWeld welding table system. Thanks to the retractable hex key and the self-centring function, it enables simple and precise assembly.

The countersunk head is equipped with a hexagon socket, which guarantees a secure and powerful clamping effect. The robust design ensures a solid screw connection and maximum stability for demanding applications.

Note: This double countersunk locking bolt is only suitable for use in system holes and is not intended for slotted holes.

The magnetic clamping bolt is the perfect solution for time-saving and secure clamping without screwing or the use of tools. Particularly suitable for sensitive workpieces such as thin sheets where pressure damage must be avoided.

Also ideal for components where counter-holding is difficult or impossible, such as closed sheet metal housings. The magnetic clamping bolt ensures a reliable hold and therefore increases the efficiency of your work processes in the 28 mm HISWeld welding table system.

Quicking bolt

Our burnished 28 mm quicking bolt  with screw fixing are the ideal fasteners for precise, secure and fast clamping in the HISWeld 28 mm system.

The bolts are characterised by particularly large balls and an increased number of balls. This quality advantage ensures significantly reduced surface pressure and protects the chamfer of the holes - for a long service life of your system components. The integrated hexagon socket enables firm, reliable fastening without tool loss and thus ensures repeatable clamping force.

The quicking bolts are available in two sizes - each with or without a practical support plate - and therefore offer maximum flexibility for different applications.

Please note: These quicking bolts are not suitable for connecting tables, heavy angles or U blocks!

The smaller version of our burnished 28 mm Quicking bolt with screw fixing is specially designed for connecting two components. Available with or without a support disc, it offers the perfect solution for compact applications.

Thanks to the increased number of large balls, the surface pressure is reduced, which reliably protects the bore chamfers. Rounded and reworked edges also ensure a precise fit and a long service life. The integrated hexagon socket guarantees secure, firm and repeatable fixing of your workpieces.

The larger version of our burnished 28 mm quicking bolt with screw fixing was developed for clamping up to three components simultaneously. Variants with or without a support disc are also available here.

The extra large and numerous balls ensure an even distribution of force, reduce surface pressure and protect the bevel of the holes in the long term. Rounded and reworked edges ensure maximum precision and a long service life. The integrated hexagon socket allows the bolt to be fixed reliably and guarantees constant clamping force during repeated use.

The 90° prism creates a stable support surface for pipes and all moulded pipes. The V-support with screw can be fastened and securely fixed in the holes. The screw connection can be quickly and easily unscrewed for free positioning.
