The sophisticated design and precise perforations enable flexible constructions, such as 45° extensions or the connection of several tables to form a stable overall system.
The U blocks in particular is ideal as a table extension or base for frame and vertical structures. From a length of 1 m, an additional foot ensures maximum stability. The countersunk locking bolt with countersunk hexagon socket guarantees a permanent, solid screw connection for heavy elements such as tables, angle brackets and blocks- exclusively in system drill holes for maximum safety.

With the corner connector, you can extend your welding table or fixture quickly and precisely. Thanks to the special design and the well thought-out perforation, 45° extensions can also be realised without any problems. Only double countersunk locking bolt may be used to ensure a secure and permanent connection.

The U block is ideal as a stable table extension and creates the perfect basis for frame and vertical construction. From a length of 1 m, an additional foot is required for maximum stability. In addition, the connecting bridge can be used to reliably connect several welding tables to form a complete system – using connecting bolts only.
For maximum durability, all U blocks are coated with a Cr75M+ hardening treatment and are subject to the same strict quality standards as our HISWeld welding tables.

The double countersunk locking bolt was specially developed for durable and resilient connections of large and heavy components such as tables, angles and blocks in the HISWeld welding table system. Thanks to the retractable hex key and the self-centring function, it enables simple and precise assembly.
The countersunk head is equipped with a hexagon socket, which guarantees a secure and powerful clamping effect. The robust design ensures a solid screw connection and maximum stability for demanding applications.
Note: This double countersunk locking bolt is only suitable for use in system holes and is not intended for slotted holes.
